New York City is home to some of the most impressive educational institutions in the world. In recent years, the City’s specialized high schools—institutions with historically transformative impact on student outcomes—have seen a shift toward more homogenous student body demographics.
Collective Impact Summit
The first annual PASSNYC Collective Impact Summit took place at the historic Abyssinian Baptist Church on October 14, 2016—with 50 attendees from over 40 different organizations. Dr. Hazel Dukes of the NAACP and Harold O. Levy of the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation joined us as keynote speakers.
